About Us

TwigaDudu is a small startup in the Valley of a Thousand Hills KZN, South Africa. We produce high quality hand-dyed fabric using 100% Loomstate cotton fabric as our base. We are proudly (South) African. Our fabric is manufactured in (South) Africa from the cotton that is used to weave the fabric to the final product. The hot African sun acts as the catalyst between the fabric and the dye. This results in vibrant intense colours found nowhere else in the world.

The Valley of a Thousand Hills is not one of the most beautiful but also one of the poorest regions in our beautiful country. Our passion and goal is to help provide employment for some of the mothers and grandmothers who live in the area. Sustainable development can only succeed if we all commit to the goal of social upliftment and by “loving our neighbour as ourselves”..
